Kottarakkara is a town of large family homes on the MC Road, many with traditional details that families want to keep: a swing in the living room, a pooja space, wood textures. Our Kollam team has finished family homes with a traditional wooden swing, backlit slatted partitions, a cream high-gloss L-shaped kitchen and floor-to-ceiling wardrobes.
The project was run from our Kollam experience centre at Venad Mall, Kureepuzha, about 28 km away. Design, manufacturing in our own factory and installation were all handled by Atlas.

A typical 2 or 3 BHK is handed over in about 30 days from design sign-off. Modules are manufactured in our factory while your site is prepared, so on-site work is mostly assembly.
