Yes. Kerala’s humidity and monsoon make ordinary plywood and MDF swell, warp or attract termites. Aluminium carcasses do not absorb water, do not rot and are termite-proof, which is why they suit sink runs, wet kitchens, coastal homes and ground floors.
Atlas modular kitchens start from ₹3 Lakhs for cabinets, hardware and accessories. Aluminium costs more upfront than BWP plywood; countertop and appliances are quoted separately. Your exact price follows a site measurement and 3D design.
Choose aluminium where water and humidity are the risk: under the sink, near the hob, wet kitchens and coastal or ground-floor homes. BWP plywood suits dry runs and tall units when you prefer the warmth of wood and a lower price. Many Atlas kitchens combine both.
Yes. The carcass is aluminium; the shutters can be laminate (including wood grain), acrylic gloss, lacquered glass or PU, so the kitchen can look warm, minimal or high-gloss.
Modules are made in our own factory while your site is prepared, so installation takes days, not weeks. A full home with the kitchen is typically handed over in about 30 days from design sign-off.
