Kerala’s humidity is unforgiving. Furniture built on-site with hand tools and open edges swells within a few monsoons. Factory modules are sealed, square and repeatable.

Digital cutting list
Every approved 3D design becomes a machine-ready cutting list, so what you saw on screen is what gets produced — to the millimetre.

CNC cutting & drilling
Panels are cut and bored by CNC, not by hand. Hinge and shelf positions are identical across every module.

Edge banding & finishing
Machine-applied PVC / ABS edging with hot-melt glue seals panels against moisture — the single biggest reason site-built furniture fails in Kerala.

Aluminium fabrication
Imported aluminium profiles are cut, joined and powder-coated for carcasses that never swell, warp or feed termites.

Assembly & QC
Modules are dry-assembled, hardware fitted and checked against the design before dispatch. Defects are fixed here, not in your home.

Dispatch & installation
Finished modules travel to site packed and labelled by room. Installation takes days, not weeks, with minimal dust.
