Video consultation in your time zone
Share the floor plan or builder drawings. We discuss how you’ll use each room and agree a budget band — Malayalam or English, evenings GST/BST/EST friendly.

Site survey by our team
We measure the site ourselves and coordinate with your builder or a family member in Kerala. You never need to be physically present.

3D design and material samples
Walk through every room on a video call. We courier physical finish samples abroad if you want to see them in hand.

Milestone payments, GST invoices
Bank transfer from abroad to our Indian account. Each stage is invoiced and photographed before the next payment is due.

WhatsApp progress group
A group with your project manager, designer and your nominated family contact. Factory and site photos at every stage.

Handover to your family — or you
We hand over to whoever you nominate, with a snag list signed off on video. Warranty and service support are registered to the home, not the signer.

Yes. We run the whole project remotely: video consultations in your time zone, our own site survey, 3D approvals on video calls, milestone payments by bank transfer with GST invoices, a WhatsApp progress group with factory and site photos, and handover to a family member you nominate.
By bank transfer from abroad to our Indian account against stage invoices — booking, production, dispatch and handover. Each stage is photographed and shared before the next payment is due.
Your nominated contact — a parent, sibling or friend — walks each room with our project manager while you join on video. The snag list is closed before final payment, and warranty is registered to the home.
