Ernakulam district is two markets in one. Kochi city is high-rise apartments on a possession deadline; the towns around it, Aluva, Angamaly, Perumbavoor, Muvattupuzha and Kothamangalam, are independent family homes, many built or renovated by families working in the Gulf.
Our experience centre on the NH Bypass at Padivattom, Edappally, serves the whole district. Designs are drawn here, manufactured in our own factory and installed by Atlas crews, so a home in Perumbavoor gets the same finish and warranty as a flat in Kakkanad.

Packages are priced per component and home size, with design and execution included. Prices are the same in Ernakulam as anywhere else in Kerala because everything is made in our own factory. Your exact quote follows a site visit and 3D design.
A typical 2 or 3 BHK is handed over in about 30 days from design sign-off. Modules are manufactured in our factory while your site is prepared, so on-site work is mostly assembly.
