3 BHK high-rise flat interiors, Kochi
A high-rise 3 BHK flat in Kochi: a lit floating TV wall with display shelves, panelled bedrooms with backlit mirrors, a pastel-blue kids room and a grey L-shaped modular kitchen.
Apartment interiors live or die on storage, so the plan started with a wardrobe in every bedroom that runs wall to wall and ceiling to floor, with loft storage above. The living room uses a fluted panel behind the TV and a slim console to keep the space feeling wide.
The parallel kitchen separates wet and dry work: hob and sink on one run, tall units and the fridge on the other, with Hettich CargoPlus pull-outs for groceries.
All modules were produced in our factory in three weeks; the client took possession of the flat and moved in six weeks after design sign-off.
