Kowdiar is Trivandrum’s premium address, around Kowdiar Palace and the avenue, with large bungalows, luxury apartments and families who expect a high level of finish. Projects here lean towards our Luxury tier: lacquered glass, PU, veneers, concealed lighting and statement partitions.
Because every piece is made in our own factory, finishes are consistent across the house and the warranty is ours, not a subcontractor’s. Our Kulathoor head office is about 13 km away.

Aluminium kitchen carcasses
Flat kitchens are closed and humid. Aluminium does not swell, rot or attract termites.
Floor-to-ceiling sliding wardrobes
Sliding shutters and lofts give back floor space in compact bedrooms.
Larger kitchens with a work area
L, U or island layouts, often with a separate wet kitchen or utility for heavy cooking.
Pooja unit and formal dining
Designed in the same finish as the living room so the ground floor reads as one space.

A typical 2 or 3 BHK is handed over in about 30 days from design sign-off. Modules are manufactured in our factory while your site is prepared, so on-site work is mostly assembly.
Yes. Our Luxury tier uses aluminium or BWP carcasses with lacquered-glass, PU or veneer shutters, Hettich premium hardware and lighting. Everything is made in our Vizhavoor factory, so the finish on site matches the approved sample.
